Pros

Meet some good co workers who are working in hell as well. Nice scenery to look at while your chasing angry teenagers who run off.

Cons

Everything , short staff, management knows absolutely nothing about the hands in approach in the behavior health field. Getting paid peanuts for what you do no raises, can only use your pto days on certain days. God forbid you ever get sick Thursday thru Sunday , they'll make you make that time up and you'll get docked points( so many points you get equal termination) this list can go on and on , there is very little good to say about this place. Trust me, I have given this place 5 years of my life.

peer relationships with co-workers are strong, good benefits-specifically vacation time

Cons

Immediate position leadership does not plan an active role in duties assigned. Simply a figurehead. Executive leadership only looks to surround them self with "Yes" men.
