Pros

Not really any pros to this company . It does have benefits though like vacation days , floating holidays , sick time , medical .

Cons

The company does not care about you , your expendable in their eyes. The people calling the shots are sitting in a different building or state so your safety is no concern to them . The management will tell you anything you want to hear to keep you working and staffing their hospital . The vacation days and floating holidays you do get are denied most of the time you want to take them so it makes them pointless to have . The staff they have are constantly quitting or not showing up for their shift which hurts the staff that are there because they are then MANDATED to stay for the next shift .. even if it’s not their turn to be mandated . Management promises raises and bonuses and they string you along until it’s time for the raise or bonus , then all of the sudden they claim the bonuses stopped or come up with an excuse why you can’t get your raise . Clients pretty much control the hospital meaning if they want to hurt , harm , or injure you they will . The company is constantly coming up with ways to take away techniques to protect staff ( less restraints) but are continuing to accept clients who are extremely aggressive and dangerous ( because their insurance pays more for them to be there ) . So to sum up this company .. Extremely dangerous for an employee for very very little pay . The company will use and abuse you until you can’t take it anymore and either quit or risk injury from exhaustion . They are also breaking multiple compliance rules daily and putting staff at serious risk . Worst company I have ever worked for .

Pros

Great coworkers, that's about it

Cons

Worst job I've ever had. Terrible pay. Fee for service Therapist asked to do an enormous amount of work I was actually paid to do. Management doesn't care and your treated like a number. They only care about money and productivity. Run for your life!

Pros

knowing you helped a child reach a goal. their success is the only reason you stay

Cons

no raises in years.. no raise in the near future. bonuses are given to upper management, and the associates doing the daily work are getting nothing but more work with less staff. No personal life, you always have to be there for the clients
