Pros
This is relevant to the Marketing Department only. The culture within KidsPeace is decent. I find my co-workers to be pleasant to work with and be around. They're all good people and genuinely seem to care. The salary for a marketing position is good. Health benefits are also good. As long as you are an independent individual, a marketing position will be good for you and is not overly demanding or stressful. The position is loosely goal-oriented and management is not overly involved in your day to day.
Cons
Aside from smaller bonuses, based on revenue, there aren't any raises (in the Marketing Department) ever. They do not 403(b) match. In this position, it can feel like you're on an island, as your coworkers are spread across the country.
