Pros

Good co workers. Good life experience. Working with children who need you. Making a mark on their life.

Cons

Running employees into the ground witho much overtime, no room for advancement, favoritism. Mht 1's demand the same respect but don't do the same work.

Pros

The work is rewarding and my coworkers are great

Cons

I got paid on a fee for service basis, but they required me do so much clinical coordination, and paperwork that I was only paid for about 50% of my time. Management treats employees like cattle and fires very quickly. They are not concerned about their employees well being and have ridiculous turn over which probably is why they keep going bankrupt. They take advantage of employees and then harass you for the smallest mistakes. Terrible place to work.

Pros

In rare instances the kids receiving care actually want help and those cases can be very rewarding. Co-workers often help each other out

Cons

Caseloads are often too high to be able to provide quality work. Pay for therapists is well below the local average. Supervisors show little to no appreciation to staff. Turn over is very high
