Flexible hours and lots of support at the Bangor central office. Good people in management. I enjoyed my time there working as an in-home BHP.

Flexible, lots of opportunities for over-time, easy to get hired.

Cons

Low pay, stressful environment, could be potentially dangerous if a kids becomes violent. Staff is inconsistent since there is a high turn-over rate.
