Fellow staff are very supportive. Casual atmosphere. I'm reaching here. Not much good to say.

Cons

Administration doesn't give a darn about these kids. It's all about the bottom line.

Pros

Meet some good co workers who are working in hell as well. Nice scenery to look at while your chasing angry teenagers who run off.

Cons

Everything , short staff, management knows absolutely nothing about the hands in approach in the behavior health field. Getting paid peanuts for what you do no raises, can only use your pto days on certain days. God forbid you ever get sick Thursday thru Sunday , they'll make you make that time up and you'll get docked points( so many points you get equal termination) this list can go on and on , there is very little good to say about this place. Trust me, I have given this place 5 years of my life.

Pros

Wonderful staff to work with, they were definitely the only reason I stayed as long as I did. Also, free lunch every day if you don't mind the same cafeteria meals the kids get.

Cons

I didn't get a break. No lunch break or specials break like in regular schools.
