Exposure to various diagnoses and behaviors. Collaborative environment with multiple disciplines.

Cons

Safety of the staff and other clients is not a priority. Underpaid, limited training, lack of support from management. Work culture includes those who care and are inspired by the children and their coworkers, and those who just need a job.
