Flat org: The accessibility to leadership is refreshing. Everyone's ideas are valued regardless of title or tenure, and there's minimal bureaucracy. I can walk up to our founders with an idea and get immediate feedback. Action-oriented culture: This place moves fast and values execution. We have a "bias for action" mentality where done is better than perfect. Brilliant, fun coworkers: The caliber of talent here is exceptional. Everyone is not only smart and driven but also genuinely enjoyable to work with. Rapid product development: The pace of innovation here is exhilarating. The engineering team iterates quickly, and the product roadmap is ambitious but achievable. Fun events: Annual offsite at a resort, hackathons and happy hours. Excellent pay and benefits: Cash comp is competitive. 401K match, 100% paid medical insurance, free catered lunch and DoorDash dinner and extremely generous commuter benefit. Gym membership reimbursement might be coming soon.
Cons
