Nothings had a system, which was the actual problem. You'd get an email about a process, then another email saying it changed, then you find someone else doing it completely different and nobody could tell you when that switched or why, which just gets old. Projects would stall because nobody knew who was supposed to sign off or where things were in the pipeline- just endless " I thought you were handling that" conversations. Documents existed in like three different places, people didn't use the shared drives right, meeting happened without agendas and somehow you were supposed to know what you were responsible for afterward, and when you'd ask how to do something basic people would literally shrug and say " good question." Things fell through constantly. It wasn't laziness, everyone was trying, but there were no actual clear protocols or ownership of anything, so everything just dragged on longer than it needed to.

If you are considering joining this company, run while you still can. This applies to all functions as there are no exceptions. The leadership here is completely terrible—there is zero direction, no overarching strategy, and a shocking lack of self-awareness. It is clear the company is in deep trouble. Furthermore, there is a massive lack of actual talent and genuine collaboration. The culture is dominated by people who talk a big game but simply cannot execute when it counts. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
