I had a great experience as a PM at Kikoff, the work is really interesting + the space is impactful. Everyone is mission focused and product oriented without sacrificing culture and carving out time to have fun

Kikoff is full of smart people working on interesting projects. There's always something new and interesting to work on, but the company also prioritizes work/life balance and employee retention.

Was a good remote option during pandemic Was small enough that there was opportunity to grow

Cons

Company hired bad leadership. As company grew, a lot of problems arose because just about every manager had a big ego, heavy handed micromanagement and created a toxic environment.
