Pros

Very collaborative environment - hybrid workplace means lots of opportunities for pairing learning, and teaching. Hackathons are a big highlight, and lots of ideas from those make it straight into production. Every team is full of smart people with great ideas. Benefits are good, especially in the office

Cons

As a startup, it's ideal for someone who wants to gain ownership and responsibility. Projects move fast (but within reason)
