Brand Penetration and Recognition in market

Cons

Very tight and cheap on expenses, car allowance is the lowest in industry despite cost of living pressures. Lack of expertise and resistive to change as very long tenure of certain employees that it’s their way or the highway. Feel constantly watched and surveillanced.

Strong teams undermined by poor IT and leadership issues

Great business teams. Good problems to solve.

Cons

Worst IT and analytics teams. Leadership has no idea on how to structure the team. Everybody is puppet to one persons influence! Lost lot of really good folks. Now its a mess.
