      Small business feel. Upper management is very good at listening and trying to help. Work from home 3 days a week.

      Middle management are good accountants. They're not good managers.

      Decent health benefits and PTO package

      Cons

      No summer Fridays. Burnout employees, additional responsibilities without staff increase. Pay not industry standards. Do not attempt to retain employees, they prefer to see them leave than make changes. Expect working on weekends without additional compensation or time off. HR/execs threaten return to office when they feel employees not producing.
