      Pros

      Fair pay, good benefits and the company likes to promote from within.

      Cons

      Communication isn't great despite the fact that the company THINKS they do a great job. And they have let many very talented employees leave without attempting to make it worthwhile to stay. Most recently alot of jobs have been "eliminated" or changed and then they dont replace those people...those jobs just get "absorbed" by those of us still here.
