One of the largest REITs, publicly-traded, long track record of success, majority of associates have been here for long periods of time, dynamic management and leadership, welcoming human resources, brand new office with new tech

Cons

None unless you consider commuting to Long Island a con- majority of associates live on Long Island so the location makes sense
