Quarterly skill path classes, teams outings, generous PTO and sick days.

Cons

Lack of skilled management, corporate politics, outsourcing our jobs to India, No chance to promote, although undeserving people get promoted to management without required to take management skill courses. Lots and Lots of favortism.

Great place to learn real estate . Great staff. Staff is family oriented. Good benefits.

Cons

Upper management sucks. You have to practically kiss butt and watch other lips in the meantime. They use to have a great management staff until they laid them off and replaced them. Go figure. The older management staff helped promote and gave opportunity for advancement. The current management team sucks.

Great Benefits, 401(k) match, generous PTO, Solid mentors, great working environment with friendly group environment. Very family friendly. I worked at Kimco and I had a great working experience overall! Did accounting & analysis for various mall properties. I've been told that your experience at Kimco highly depends on what group and bosses you end up with, so do your homework before applying, if you can.

Cons

Repetitive workload, deadline oriented, Hard to earn advancement (People tend to stay in the same roles for years). Sometimes tough to see eye to eye with management.
