      Worked for this company for about 9 months and all I can say is that they truly love their employees! Great support with any issues , the benefits and award system is amazing - you can collect IHG points, discounts on stays in any IHG hotel around the world, there is employee reward scheme where your manager can recognize you for your dedication and good work , you get some sort of reward/ gift for that. After working for 1 year for the company you also get a free stay in any Kimpton Hotel! And the pay is amazing , mine one was even above the average living wage, and it's is always paid on time!

      Cons

      As Kimpton belongs to IHG (Intercontinental Hotel Group) you have quite few diffrent apps and websites to sign up to in order to see payslips, schedules, book holidays and etc. However, I don't really see it as a massive con.

      It sounds like you were able to take advantage of our IHG points and discount stays at any IHG hotel during your time at Kimpton, which is awesome. Those are a few of our favorite benefits too. :)
