Pros

Inclusivity, sense of community, open communications, massive investment in people, a family-feeling company with a structure heavy on trust and personal empowerment. None of this detracts from the quality of product and services offered across the portfolio.

Cons

Due to the current global situation, there is substantial downsizing across the company.
