      Pros

      Most people at Kin are deeply committed to the company’s success. The fast-paced environment creates plenty of opportunities to be challenged and to learn, with lots of room to make meaningful contributions. The senior leadership team is approachable and remains actively engaged, which helps foster a supportive and collaborative culture

      Cons

      Communication can be challenging at times, as it relies heavily on Slack as the primary channel. Priorities shift quickly, which can create some uncertainty around what is most important. The pace is fast, with frequent short deadlines, so resilience and adaptability are essential to being successful here

      -There is great collaboration between all departments. There is so much support from every level. Everyone works together to make things happen for Kin. -Kin is genuinely looking to innovate and bring improvement to the insurance industry. -Kin has great benefits and salary -Great people at all levels

      Cons

      Kin is a fast moving company. If this is not something that excites you than it may not be for you.

      Committed to being a great Company with a few growing pains

      Pros

      -Genuinely committed to a transparent, healthy culture -The very top executives are sincere in being customer centric -Talented people across all departments -When mistakes are made, the attitude is acknowledge it, fix it and move forward -Very respectful of work/life balance, only asking for weekend/ off hours in extreme cases -Lots of autonomy- if you are capable

      Cons

      -Fits and starts when it comes to expansion planning -Some bottlenecking in decision making -Managing through some regrettable turnover as the Company competes for talent with industries perceived to be be "cooler" than insurance -Still operating on tools and platforms that are not up for the scaling -Although improving, the benefits (specifically health insurance) are not great
