Pros

Kin truly cares about its employees and values their experience. They invest a lot in everyone but especially managers. Earning potential is above market plus equity options and really strong benefits including paid parental leave.

Cons

Every company has their cons but with Kin they’re pretty minimal

Great Culture, Benefits, Employees

Pros

This is such a fun place to work. Still new enough to contribute meaningful ideas and processes but established enough that you're not concerned about where the company is headed. Great work life balance. I've enjoyed my time here.

Cons

I'm still on the fence if there are any at this point. If any I would say that things are still being figured out sometimes but that what you sign up for with a start up culture. If you're not adaptable and can't pivot quickly this may not be the place for you.

Alot of platforms to use and sometimes reports lag
