Pros

- The clients are great! -My coworkers are amazing (for the most part) -PTO accrues quickly -Full time program offers a lot of benefits -Opportunities for professional development -Awesome student program

Cons

- Client families need to move to a Team only communication so that staff phone numbers are not shared. - Staff should held responsible if they make a work place feel hostile. - We need more sick time. 20 hours for the whole year isn't enough for someone who works 10 hours per day. - Full time program and guaranteed hours should be increased to 40 hours per week, -When taking on a professional development role, a pay increase, PTO incentive, bonus, etc., should also be given. These employees display above and beyond experience and expertise and should be compensated for in. Overall, the company has lost A LOT of good employees due to low pay wages. The top hourly wage for RBTs is the low end of the industry standard. Sick time is not enough especially when working with children who are prone to getting sick.

Pros

A company that is rooted in putting quality of care for the kids/clients first over quantity of clients. There are often ongoing trainings to ensure BCBAs and RBTs are growing in their skillset. I always feel supported by other BCBAs both in my clinic location as well as across the company. Provide CEU and professional development funds and support BCBAs in growth in the field.

Cons

Can be hard for promotion potential depending on certain numbers such as cancellation rates when that isn't necessarily in our control. Cross department communication can be poor at times, but getting better than previously.
