Pros

I have always been treated very well at Kind Lending, especially compared to other mortgage company jobs that I have had in the past. My leadership is great, and I couldn't be happier with the team around me. I am given the power to make my own decisions and develop the correct solutions. We are always taking on new technology which gives me plenty of things to do!

Cons

Communication can always be improved between teams. I feel each team has a good amount of communication among its direct members, but sometimes that gets lost between other teams / departments.

Pros

None. No pros. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Cons

You should think of a new name for your company and stop hiding behind the name Kind. NO ONE there is kind.
