Pros

I have been employed by behemoth lenders throughout my career and I have the distinct opportunity to be able compare Kind Lending to the others and it’s super positive. While no company right now is immune to the pressures of a tightening market, I have to say Kind is making continuous changes to continue to help brokers and their homebuyers. The leadership team from Glenn, Yvonne, Del, Jeanine, Krish and MacKenzie are simply amazing (and every single leader and kind employee). It’s surreal to see the amount of care every decision and ideation goes through. Kind is the best!

Cons

I wish we had more promotional items available to us so we can market and represent the company to our clients. We have one of the coolest company stores but we have to pay for everything out of pocket with zero reimbursement.

Pros

The name itself is a good reason. They really are Kind bunch of people. Everyone was nice to work with.

Cons

None, until they all of sudden one day sent a notification/invitation for a company call.
