Pros

Kind Lending is the best company I have ever worked for. They are a family like company. They care about everyone and really love their employees. They give me a shot with no experience an believed in me and have let me grow with them. I really appreciate them for every thing they have done for me. Thank you Kind Lending!

Cons

The only Con I can think of is that more people could not stay here at Kind Lending. I have met some great people working here and I wish them the best.

- The company is young and growing quickly so there are many ways to be creative and develop ideas and systems that impact my department and my day-to-day. - Management encourages professional development and provides many opportunities to learn about the mortgage industry. - Creative, out-of-the-box ideas are encouraged and supported - My position is remote which is ideal for a designer. - My colleagues are excellent and find ways to build camaraderie even though we're working from different states

Cons

- There's room for creativity here but lots of work to do. It's understandable, but fun projects often take a back seat to more important product releases and communications.
