Pros

It's awesome to see that leadership genuinely strives to put the employees first. This is the first company that I've worked for where leaderships actions align with their value statement. I couldn't be happier with my decision to join The Kind Movement!

Cons

We are growing fast and there is a lot of work to do with tight deadlines. If this is not your pace, this is not the right company for you.
