Pros

Good Pay, Remote, Great Co-workers

Cons

Turned very "Corporate" and unfelling. Installation of multiple levels of Management, which wasn't very effective, very impersonal. Didn't really reward employees for their hard work outside of a "Thank you"

Pros

The company is led by owners who are genuinely kind, hard-working, and passionate about making a positive difference. They clearly care about the business and its people. Unfortunately, their biggest misstep has been placing their trust in executives who do not have the company’s best interests at heart and who do not value the Kindness motto.

Cons

The executive team operates with a deep backward, old-school mindset and resists adopting modern technologies and there's a consistent unwillingness to invest in necessary technological upgrades. Rather than addressing these root issues, leadership frequently places blame on operational staff, avoiding accountability for their own decisions. A major cultural divide exists between the longstanding leadership and newer executives who attempt to implement improvements. Internal politics dominate decision-making, influence is often based on personal relationships with Glenn rather than merit. Unfortunately, some executives—despite having little to no relevant experience—maintain their positions through dishonest tactics and close ties with the legacy leadership team. These individuals often engage in deception and manipulation, to protect their roles. The broader work culture suffers as a result. The environment is rigid. Very cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. In summary, this is not an organization that values innovation, transparency, or accountability.
