This is going to be a long list, stay with me! This company is transparent with all that goes on at the highest levels. We have come together during a rough time in the mortgage industry and are making great strides in the right direction. Glenn Stearns our CEO and Founder and Mindy Stearns our amazing Chief Kindness Officer and Co-Founder set the stage for our company culture which truly exudes an upbeat, collaborative and fun environment. That vibe continues on through Yvonne Ketchum our President at the helm, leading us through example. What has impressed my the most in recent months is even though we are experiencing tough times in the industry as a company we have managed to keep up moral. That is a testament to our leadership here. They listen, they act, and they encourage. We have some of the best in the business back together again and I for one am proud to call Kind Lending my work home!
