Real low bar set for talent and skill level. So advancement into management is easy if that is what you want. 20 yr contract with Shell. Great area to live in

Cons

NON UNION and needs to be. Bonus is lowered if you take bereavement leave. Wont tell you what hurts your bonus and they wont tell you how to help the bonus. Overtime is discriminatory. Policies not followed unless benefits company. Classic example of income inequality wages are under industry norm.
