      Stable company, lots of growth opportunities due to energy demand growth from AI and datacenters. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      This company runs very lean. The expectation is for 1 person to do 5 people's jobs. 9/80s is going away for office employees but hybrid schedule still remains.
