      Pros

      Great exposure to the industry.

      Cons

      Heavy workload compared to partners we collaborate with daily (other controllers at other facilities). Average pay compared to ship channel with significantly heavier workload. Management doesn't look out for advancing our careers. They just want to keep the consoles staffed and not have to hire anyone for 30 years. Expressing any advancement is shot down very quickly.

      Upper managment is dollar driven. This is good but taken to the extreme with some facilities being affected by tight budgets.

      Pros

      New management is extremely safety focused. Company sticks to its core values across the board. Growing company with a secure future.

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid, standard for most large businesses. High turnover rate means more overtime and more stress at work. Lack of advancement opportunity. Some management has inadequate management training so they treat their employees poorly.
