Pros

If you enjoy using a port-o-pot and no running water this is your place. Benefits and pay are not comparable to market. Dirty and dusty.

Cons

Pay is bare minimum. Computer constantly not working, supervisors not qualified with any previous knowledge of management or skills dealing with people. Zero opportunity for advancement. No scheduled breaks, no lunch breaks. All buildings and equipment are in need of dire repair
