Kinder Morgan is a good place to work for, but as usual the management is their main flaw

Pros

Good pay, great benefits, & lots of opportunity for overtime.

Cons

When they fall short of staff be expecting to work involuntary overtime & don't make any plans outside of work because you're always on-call & it seems like your life suppose to be only dedicated to them & them only. Bosses will get mad if you can't come on your off days.. Other than that, not a bad place to call a career. Being contractors for Nucor Steel can suck at times. Anything that goes wrong Kinder Morgan has to always take the blame even if it's not our fault.

Good working schedule for the most part and benefits a lot of opportunities for overtime.

Cons

Not alot of training or classes you can take with them and they won’t really send you to trainings either they want you to kind of know everything already but that’s not how it works.
