Great working environment. Very substantial training with lunch provided. Your encouraged to ask questions. Everyone is very helpful and wants to see you advance and succeed.

Cons

I can't think of any cons with my situation. A higher starting pay is always great but what your offered is comperable to other employers.

Minimal investment in education- tuition reimbursement packages only meet the federal tax free minimum unless your department is willing to sponsor you.
