Bonus are bad they say they are based on performance and other factors they have never been performance driven everyone gets the same bonus at the field level. Dont get me wrong at least we get a bonus but when the CEO gives his speeches at least practice what you preach. Raises are always under 3% no mater how well the company does. Company does better every year but they keep taking things away we used to get stock options....not anymore and used to be able to purchase stock at a discount.....no more. Those are just a few examples. The company bought Elpaso recently but by the looks of the new structure you would think kindermorgan was the one who was purchased. First line supervision needs to get paid more you can make more money in the crew by working a little overtime there is no incentive to move up.

Working at Kinder Morgan was a horrible experience. If you have any motivation in life to do well LEAVE NOW. The management is horrible. If you know more than them, you're screwed! They will treat you like dirt and find a way to get rid of you. I have witnessed on numerous occasions managers covering for each other. It's comical how many mistakes the management makes. But they don't admit it. Very dishonest company. If you're not willing to bend over, you're not gonna go for. Very understaffed. Galena Park is probablly the worst of all terminals. If Rich Kinder only knew some of the scandelous things that go on there.
