Pros

Eventually its good pay. Work can be easy at times, you'll have more good days than bad days. Potentially long term employment if that's what your looking for.

Cons

Although there is a designated "trainer" (with a million dollar screw up under his belt) which he'll get you to sign all documentation that your signed off on things basically. So the real training is when you go out there and get that first hand experience it for your self. So It might take you 3 to 5 years to level up in pay.
