      Pros

      Good work environment. Nice location to work at in Burnaby. Very interesting.

      Cons

      Would like more pay and benefits. But overall not bad. Public image is hard to improve.

      Pros

      Competitive pay, 9/80 schedule, good facilities

      Cons

      Management is not reviewed for competency, lacks leadership skills, does not weed out the lazy staff, but puts more responsibility on the performers with no corresponding authority. Managers shuffle money around like their own, I do not know why they have an AFE process. No economics are required for anything, just spend.

      Pros

      Company is aggressive in growth as evidenced by the recent acquisition of ElPaso Gas. Employees are not micromanaged, in fact administrative/compliance activities keep management so busy they have less contact than ideal.

      Cons

      Benefits are middle of the road. Salaries are getting beat by several in the energy industry in the energy producing areas. Focus on budget/cost tracking takes away from real supervision needed of the actual work to assure safety and efficiency.
