Schedule changes every week without notice and they pay you next to nothing to work 50+ hour weeks to make up for a lack of staff which inevitably leads to burnout and high turnover.

The families and children are amazing and I did meet some amazing coworkers. Employee discount for childcare

Cons

Pay was terrible, management was terrible, you work your butt off for nothing, drama all the time, management was clueless and knew nothing about kids, benefits are horrible, no room for growth
