A growing company that continues to improve
Pros
Recent changes have the company moving forward at a lightning pace. Business is good, market share is growing, and we are expanding into new verticals. We are beginning to adopt the latest technologies in software development. Co-workers and management are friendly and helpful. As of this year, employee benefits have been completely revamped.
Cons
From a software development perspective, we have quite a few large legacy projects using outdated technologies, although this is to be expected at a company with many long-term customers. The good news is this is being actively addressed, and is rapidly improving. Until now, employee benefits were weak across the board. With new c-level management and a large investment, the issue has been completely resolved.
