Health insurance is probably one of the best. CFO is down to earth and will talk to you.
Cons
There are very little employees that will actually acknowledge your existence. The CFO is super down to earth where as everyone else, including your own boss, will ignore you. You will not be trained correctly and then you will be blamed for not learning. When they ask for your input, i think it's only because they have to ask you, but no matter what you say, they don't care because" this is how we have been doing it and we cant change it because people don't like change" My manager spoke really bad about others. He was really smart and knew his job inside and out, but was really bad at being a manager and teacher. There were time I would say good morning to people and they would walk right by me. I was literally ignored and was invisible. Most are rude but play it off like they are approachable in front of management.
