-Toxic work environment. Lots of yelling -When mistakes are made, the focus is on blaming and not on fixing the problem -Outdated systems -Everything is paper based -Lack of culture. No fun company events -Lack of training for new hires. You are expected to know everything and if you don’t, you are treated as if you’re stupid
