Lots of hands on experience with electrical equipment and mechanical loading. The Kipling campus has many departments to learn from

High expectations for output, even from a coop, with little acknowledgment from supervisors. Lots of physical labour, issues with X-ray exposure, asbestos and fiberglass exposure. safety was sometimes overlooked. Pre job briefings often forgotten about. Extremely disorganized logging systems, pms would lose things all the time
