Pros

The development opportunities are great, the clients are varied and interesting and there are a wide variety of really creative projects to get involved in. The company is still small enough to feel like you can make a positive contribution, but big enough that there are all sorts of different contributions you can choose to make.

Cons

There is always pressure on time (but isn't there everywhere?). There never feels like there's enough time to get both project work and non-project based work done. The wider C&G group feels a little bit distant and uninvolved.
