Great people with great ideas Good benefits Good starting point for university graduates

Cons

No long term plans to deal with unhappy clients, all reactionary. Severe lack of career paths. Salaries are nowhere near good enough for the tech industry. Over sell, under deliver...only for those in the development teams to suffer from the stress of not being able to do so. Senior management not willing to execute change suggested by members of staff. Awful resource model. Some dated work flow processes Large employee churn due to experienced members of staff not being listened to

Nice people, shame about the salaries

Pros

Some really nice people and some really talented people there. There is some flexibility around how and when you work, and most people find this very helpful.

Cons

Poor salaries and very confusing workflows. An over-reliance on electronic communication has the workforce very stressed and confused.
