Leadership lacks of experience, most of people has only academical background and don't deal well with teams.

Pros

Full remote (anywhere within Germany at least) Friendly environment/culture (at least from my experience)

Cons

Salary is very average (not that good, but not that bad either) (also this was in my experience) You can work to only up to 2 months outside of Germany (though that's not really a concern for me, some people would prefer to work from their home countries)
