Pros

ability to make good money with a 38 hour work week. Once you learn the job (1-3 months) the earning potential goes up and the job is much easier. Good work environment. Very Little stress. Small company. Owner is easy to work for and helps you make as much money as possible within the industry.

Cons

items that we are selling do not always get used as promised and there are some charge backs and negative information abut the company on the internet.

Going company with good technology to meet the needs of a number of markets. The staff gets along well- no internal conflicts that I am aware of.

Cons

the Germany office not always on the same page as the US so some projects take longer than they should. need to improve employee benefits
