      Without a doubt - from day one of joining the organization you realize that the leadership as well as other employees genuinely care about you, and your success. It takes shape in many ways: -- Dedicated time to workout with the organization, "Kinexus Strong" -- Benefits and time off are great -- Training is encouraged so you can progress as a professional -- Managers are people oriented, no politics

      Non profit pay scale - BUT benefits and work environment make up for it.

      As we are a nonprofit we can't always pay top notch, however, we do offer great benefits that help balance the pay. In 2019 we did launch a few new programs/benefits that will provide staff with more perks, IE, parental leave, flexible work options, student loan repayment just to name a few.
