      Pros

      great communication between all staff and managers. Every Friday there is a company wide meeting with Todd to talk about the issues and concerns going on, good things that are happening and what is coming up. For the people that are located in outside offices they can call in with a conference call to hear the meeting as well. Slack is used as a tool to communicate with all staff as well. The things the people are doing in this organization for the community and the people are great things and makes you go home everyday feeling like you are making a difference in the area and helping those that need it the most.

      Pros

      The Kinexus team is passionate about making an impact in our community! Leadership works toward building shared consciousness and common purpose by building trust within the organization. Weekly all staff meetings and the use of Slack as a communication tool have led to greater transparency across all business units. The open concept fosters integration and collaboration, and although can be distracting at times, is overall an enjoyable work environment. I am proud of the work we do, and appreciate the people I work with! Kinexus is truly a great place to work!

      The importance of finding the right candidate for open positions can make the hiring process quite long.
