Pros

Great brand and craftsmanship. Custom fabric choices and design. Current CEO has more positive energy and ideas. (CEO previous was a terrible human)

Cons

Everything! Terrible management, toxic showroom team and office in general, no strategy support, loads of toe steppers, no admirable leadership.

Great working environment, professional and helpful colleagues, very supportive management. A nice place to work.

Cons

The company is expanding globally, which sometimes leads to delays in customer service response times. Dispatch operations have improved, but there is still room for further growth and efficiency. Sales commissions are also not particularly competitive.
