Pros

Nice office and amenities. The staff who are not in senior management are generally really professional, capable and easy to work with.

Cons

Very difficult to be promoted internally as they do not generally value current employees. There is extreme variably when comes to managers so it is hard to negotiate pay and to feel valued.
