Pros

Kin Living is a relatively small company in Portland that is actively growing that alone shows how good Kin is. I've read a few negative reviews and noticed they all seem similar and from a disgruntled ex employee stand point. Which is fine, that happens. In my opinion when you work for any company you need to have good work ethic, flexibility, adept and quick to learn/have computer skills. When you don't have these assets it's harder to move up or be noticed ANYWHERE. From my experience with Kin, having started at a front desk, they are very supportive and recognize hard work. I love the work I do and the challenges that come with property management that help expand my knowledge and capabilities. I also enjoy my co workers who do so much, at Kin there is no job too small or beneath management who will step in as concierge if needed.

Cons

Covid-19 shook us but Kin is flexible and got through it together.

Pros

Great supportive working environment! A very family orientated business with great values that looks after their staff well.

Cons

Longer working hours are to be expected during sale periods - however this should be welcomed in order to meet sales targets and best serve clients
